Sale of House Made Easy for Me

My experirnce selling my home with Bob & Georgia was very easy, as they handled every thing for me. They were very effective showing the house to its advantage. The final sale was handled swiftly with no hangups.

The whole process was completed in roughly four months with only one major obstacle that was quickly reduced to a negoiating issue, if needed.

But how to find and secure one from our home on Cape Cod was going to depend on good help from a listing or buyer’s agent. We found a Weichert listing on the web that got our attention. This led to the lucky encounter with Georgia and Bob, who took us in hand for a two day tour in mid-April of Sun City’s homes that met our spec. It resulted in an offer on the second day, submitted and accepted after a brief negotiation. They guided us through the purchase process, home inspection, punch list for the seller, settlement attorney, etc., from a thousand miles away. We returned a month later to close the next day, moved in the day after that, and continued to receive help from Georgia and Bob until we left for home a week later. Top notch service from top notch people.

 If you are looking for someone with YOUR Best interest in mind, give Georgia and Bob an opportunity. It was a long road, but They stuck with us. The market is tough for the buyer as well as the realtor finding the right home. I can't say enough about how much effort they put in on our behalf. Dennis C.

Bob and Georgia were the best. They went courteous and kind. When we were house hunting originally, they listened carefully and presented us with choices that met our needs. When we needed to sell, they did everything possible to ease the process. I can't recommend them highly enough. And, they sold the house in one day!

Excellent experience. Extremely responsive and gave great advice. Both Bob and Georgia ensured our purchase was as stress free as possible.

  My husband and I had closed on a home in Port Royal 2 weeks ago and had the pleasure of working with Bob Colonna and Georgia Angelillo.  We wanted to pass along our thanks and appreciation for their assistance (and patience) throughout the process.  Not only did they continuously lend their expertise and best practices and information on the island, but helped us do so while we were mostly remote and 4+ hours away.  Without Bob & Georgia's constant support we would not have sold our South Carolina home. He constantly watched out for us, a million times answered our repeated questions and concerns.
